10th Mega Career Conclave 2026

Cambridge Foundation School hosted its 10th Mega Career Conclave on 21st and 22nd August 2026, emerging as a vibrant confluence of aspiration, exploration and opportunity. The conclave provided students and parents with an expansive vista of academic pathways, evolving professions and global possibilities in higher education.

Across the two-day engagement, more than 65 leading national and international universities converged to offer students a nuanced understanding of diverse courses, institutions and career trajectories. The conclave featured specialized interactions for Science, Commerce and Humanities, led by accomplished university representatives who illuminated the changing contours of higher education and the evolving world of work.

The event also welcomed students from various neighbouring schools, whose participation added greater diversity and vibrancy to the conclave. Their presence enabled them to gain valuable insights into emerging academic opportunities, diverse career pathways and the ever-expanding landscape of higher education.

A significant highlight of the conclave was the presence of eminent speakers and domain experts, who enriched the programme through insightful deliberations on the rapidly transforming professional landscape. The sessions explored a wide spectrum of emerging fields and unconventional career pathways, extending beyond traditional academic choices to domains such as Aerodynamics, Aerospace and Energy Studies, Artificial Intelligence, Technology, Innovation, Design, Interdisciplinary Sciences and other future-oriented fields.

The programme was further enriched by an insightful session with Dr. Neha Wahi, renowned psychologist and career guidance expert, who delved into the crucial dimensions of career clarity, future readiness, mindset and discerning decision-making.

The University Fair served as a veritable gateway to global education, featuring esteemed institutions such as University of Wollongong, University of Cincinnati, Edinburgh Napier University, Algonquin College, University of Northampton, F H Kufstein, Hochschule Mittweida, International American University, Istituto Marangoni and École Intuit Lab, among others. The opportunity for one-to-one counselling with university representatives further transformed the conclave into a personalized and meaningful voyage of discovery, enabling students and parents to seek informed guidance and resolve their individual queries.
